If you are a dressmaker, there are clients who are trying to find you. There are significantly more people desiring your services than there are dressmakers to provide them. You don't need a website to have a web presence. Simply list ways to contact you (phone, email, and/or a link to your website) in your information so potential clients can reach you.
If you have been in business a short time, or are still working on your skills, please describe yourself and skills accurately, so that your description will only attract the clients appropriate for what you have to offer. If you are a couture-level dressmaker, I also suggest you visit the certification page, to learn about certification.
Listings are free for teachers, who only want to be listed in the teachers section, and any dressmakers outside of the United States. Fashion industry professionals, serving industry clients (not individuals) also list for free.
The fees are listed below the form below. Payment is accepted digitally in US currency (see below the form).
Uninterrupted listings are protected from annual price increases. The new fees represent a significant change from the old pricing, because Find a Dressmaker sees that dressmakers are finding it very difficult to actively advertise in this "feast or famine" environment. My goal is to make this a truly worthwhile and beneficial site for both dressmakers and clients. Listings for businesses outside of the USA are free.
Your listing will be active within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

Note: This site connects established, qualified dressmakers with potential clients, so please only submit your information if you are actively accepting work at this time.
To get started, send your business name and any relevant details, clicking the these words right here , or if you would like to take a bit of a more old-fashioned appraoch, use the form below, and I will follow-up to talk with you voice-to-voice on the phone about the details. Once information and payment is reviewed and deemed appropriate for the site, your listing will be added.
Pay via Paypal directly below, listing yourself for one month, or annually. Note: You do not have to join Paypal to use the Paypal link. If you prefer to receive an invoice, just send an email requesting one, and it will be emailed to you once you've submitted your information. If there are no other dressmakers on the site within a 50 mile radius of you, you are a "Lone Wolf", eligible to join at a SIGNIFICANTLY reduced rate. The site's prices have increased recently, because the volume of people looking for dressmakers has grown exponentially, while the number of available and qualified dressmakers has not. A listing is now a much more valuable tool than it ever was in the past, and I the prices will continue to remain affordable for dressmakers/custom clothiers who desire the exposure.
